Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt.

Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Returns of socks are not accepted under any circumstance. Swimwear will not be accepted if the hygiene sticker is missing.

Free Returns

We offer free returns for orders from:

  • GCC Countries (UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar)
  • United States
  • United Kingdom
  • Egypt
  • Jordan

For all other countries, you will need to coordinate with a courier of your preference to ship your products back to our warehouse.

Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, we don’t offer direct exchanges. You can return the products for a refund (or voucher) and then place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

  • You can choose to receive a refund as a voucher or to your original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds can only be issued in the form of a voucher.
  • Vouchers issued cannot be redeemed in retail outlets, only on our website.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Center or contact our support team. You can raise a return request only once per order, so please ensure you select all items you wish to return.
